Winning Role creates a role template that identifies the attributes of a specific role or position needed to be filled.   It identifies the human behavioral characteristics within a specific position or role, as opposed to Winning Individual, which identifies these characteristics within an individual person.  To do so, the Focus Group identifies a superior fit between individual and position that already exists with the team.  They then administer Winning Individual to those individuals and analyze the results of what makes that fit so perfect.  The goal would be to then find the best match possible for any future employee.  Another function of Winning Role could be to create an original role or position template based on what the needs are of the entire team are.
