The protection of personal privacy has always been a hallmark of Winning Profile, Inc. Since its inception in 2006, Winning Profile, Inc. has maintained the confidentiality of each survey/assessment respondent unless an individual user consents to the release of the user’s Personal Information or individual results.

Personal Information

Winning Profile does not collect or share personally identifiable information over email. 

Regarding Winning Profile’s 3rd party vendors: Personally identifiable information will be collected via a secure and password-protected web link available only to our company.  It takes about 20 minutes for the candidate to take the assessment. Individuals log into the portal from any computer with an internet connection as long as they have the access codes.   We then process the information and publish a summary of our findings on a password-protected web portal that we can share with the client, the candidate, or both.  

While we believe it is helpful for the candidate to understand the information as a self-learning and awareness experience, we also understand that since this information may be used for hiring decisions by our client - which could impact an employer's willingness to share the output with the candidate for legal reasons - we certainly can restrict the passwords to the summary output only to (our client). We certainly can share the relevant passwords with our client if requested.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Like many other companies, we use cookies and other tracking technologies. This information is for internal use only. No data is currently shared outside of WP’s client - company relationship. 

Sharing Survey Results With Other People

After completion of the assessment, clients have the opportunity to change the settings for sharing results with other account holders. WP assessments will not share any information unless clients request it. Data is retained by WP. We don’t sell any personal data. We retain data so that we can produce longitudinal researched results and conclusions. 

Information Security and Storage

WP understands the need for user privacy, and we maintain reasonable and appropriate security procedures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information. Access to user data is strictly limited to specific individuals who are trained to respect user privacy. The access given to these employees is restricted to their need for such information for business purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the Personal Information that we hold about you and to correct, update, amend, suppress, delete or otherwise modify any Personal Information where it is inaccurate. When updating your Personal Information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act upon your request.

You may also, if governed by GDPR, object to the use or processing of your Personal Information or withdraw consent to use your Personal Information at any time.
